Done....its a "before" dyno....i will be going in on Tuesday for the "after" one.
Yes 203Cree, i got it all worked out. Turned out i just need to get some miles on this thing and let the PCM dial in. everyday it seems to be running better and better. I had ALOT of fun today.........

WOW
That is absolutely AWESOME looking!!
That 8.1 intake manifold is really a beast. If I were you, I would skip the engine cover and look at dressing up the manifold (paint/polish/powder coat, etc.) somehow. You really have something to be proud of there, that (almost) nobody else has.
On a bit more somber note, though, have you talked at all with Whipple about engine internals? I ask this because I read on another board that 8.1 pistons are prone to cracking under boost. I'm sure Whipple factored this in their blower design, but it may be worth keeping in mind.
Anyway, congrats on an excellent mod.
Believe me, you'll never regret it.

Never heard that, thanks for bringing me back down to earth..
. Just messin with ya....but no, I have never heard that one before. I will do some searching and see what i find. Thanks for the kudo's, i think i am going to take the cap off for a while and see if it feels any lighter. I have heard that the 8.1's are not recommended for more than 10-11psi even with an intercooler. I would be lying if i said i wasnt already thinking about a smaller pulley...
. So how much different does 7lbs feel than 5 lbs anyway?
