I love the truck. So your truck is just a SBE 4.8 with a 2.9 Whipple, or is there more to it? If that is all it is, I'm going to be a little upset I just went through the trouble of swapping a 6.0 in place of my 5.3...

I did gap the rings but for the power I am currently pushing I went overboard and may have lost power lol. I wanted to make sure I was safe.

You aint seen nothin' yet. I have 200# I could drop off this truck in a day and My converter is killing me. I think it would go 10.80-10.90 with those changes, and 10.70-10.80 with the right (275 pro as opposed to the 315 pro) tire. Also, slightly more boost is on the horizon... 17-18psi vs the 16-17 that it was at on this pass.

 

 

I know... its all talk. Unfortunately my next bite at the apple is not until April 1. Plenty of time to sit on my hands and do nothing to make sure I still have excuses in 5 months.
