I really need to ride in a truck with a PD blower and a truck with a turbo setup. I have been planning on doing blower for my truck in the future because I think the instant torque would be nice for a heavy DD street truck. However, riding in one of each would help make my decision on which route I want to go.

I love the simplicity of the blower route, but I hate the 7k price tag...

I've never personally ridden in a turbo truck but I have no complaints with my tvs1900 on my 08 Denali. instant torque, super fun to drive, easy install, and reliable. also paid about $5500 for mine brand new, but you can find plenty of used ones for even cheaper.

Whenever I get ready to pull the trigger I will likely try to find a used setup from someone. Thanks for the feedback.

Ive had both. They drive very differently. The blower actually takes more effort to drive if that make sense. You have to really tell it to go when you want to go fast. With the turbo, its basically just give it modertate throttle and you will accelerate faster as time goes on. WOT the blower is more violent initially, but nothing beats the top end of a turbo.
