I think I’m decided on a set up. Does anyone think there’s any danger of losing noticeable low end power by switching from single 3” to dual 3” ? I don’t want make my truck slower off the line just to gain hp up top. I’m assuming I would need my tune tweaked with the extra flow? I guess that is my only concern now just from reading different things and not knowing myself. Been leaning on my tuner to answer questions for me and he’s hard to get ahold of sometimes. Thanks for all of the input…been learning on the fly since I got my truck(probably not the best idea&#128578

Due to the blower, I doubt you would notice any lose on the low end. Do you you have a wideband or a way to datalog in the truck? The increased flow could lean it out a bit, mostly on the topend. It is really dependent on if the current tune is safe/rich or not if the exhaust puts it over the edge. The computer can adjust in closed loop under regular driving. It's in open loop/power enrich that you need to ensure it is not going lean.

I went true dual 3" on my 5.3 BEFORE I installed a blower and felt no loss in low end power. Actually seat of the pants low end felt more responsive. That Was with COI, 1 3/4 headers only.
