I run rotella 5-40 synthetic with a restrictor. Change it every 2k miles.

Pentosin is the way to go for that. Top-notch German oil with more zinc than you get with the other oils. I've put it in engines (turbo, supercharged and N/A) I know get beat on daily and it still comes out kicking after 8000-10,000 miles.
Granted, these are OE FI engines so aftermarket applications should probably be changed a little more frequently

The stuff is a bit pricey though at $16/liter.
