If you are going to go turbo, do a front mount......

It will handle the boost just fine. I'm running 10psi on a cammed stock 5.3 with bigger injectors. Its all in the tune.

And yes, just do the front mount.

Sounds like my setup exactly. I have a 05 5.3 with 317's and a turbo cam pushing 10psi. I have the pacesetter headers and ORY then turbo with a 4" down pipe. It'll work fine

That Magnacharger reference is implied when he said "If you're going to go turbo",

If your plannin on doin a rearmount be best to put the stock manifolds back on, helps keep heat in the exhaust, and use as much header wrap if possible back to the turbo. I am happy with my rearmount, no complaints here.
