Default Edelbrock E-Force supercharger kits now for '03-11 GMFS

Just unveiled at 2011 SEMA, Edelbrock now has kits for the '03-11 GMT800 and 900.

Even though TVS S/C's have long been available from other vendors for these models, more options is never a bad thing, in terms of price and consumer selection.

I'm curious to see how these compare to the more common Magnacharger kits, specifically with respect to IAT and torque curves. What has been seen with these E-Force kits on Camaro/Corvette applications is more low- and mid-range torque because of the longer runner design since the kit moves the intercooler to the top of the case, opening up room below for the longer runners.

So if nothing else it'll be interesting to see how these compare with other kits on the market.

Pretty much the same thing that is on the LS9 and LSA engines.

I've got a guy that lives a few miles from me who has one on his C6. They're cool and all for vehicles (like Corvettes) where you can't fit a normal supercharger without an aftermarket hood, but on a Silverado...kind of blah, IMO. I'd give one a try for a big discount, though.

Basically yeah, both have the inverted case. I wonder if there's any difference between the plenum volume, runner volume (and length) and intercooler size between the two...

Pretty clean. Competition always raises the bar for everyone.

How do the Edelbrocks compare head-to-head with the Maggy 2300?
