Care to offer an explaination on the LPE H2 making 9 psi on a LQ4 with a 3.2 pulley?
I think its the Magnavolt in place of the higher flowing fuel pump, not both.

42lb injector at 65lbs is equal to a 50 lb figure .5 lb fuel per makes these injectors good for 800 flywheel HP.

That is possible... inquiring minds want to know...

Is this a different injector than the truck "marine" injectors?

Well Cory it works like this.....The 04 to current fuel system does not have the boost referenced FPR as the 03's did, hence the need for the Magnavolt. The Magnavolt boosts the voltage to the pump at 3500 rpm and 3psi of boost, acting like a rail mouted FPR. That being said, this combo is good for more power than a stock LQ4 will make with a s/c and cam combo. Bigger injectors only hid the real problem of fuel pressure/volume. I am running the intank pump and I am not haveing even a hint of fuel problems at 450 rwhp.

as for the LPE deal, I am not there so I am not sure what they are doing......where did you hear about this?

I should also add that this is only ONE of the ways the Magnavolt is good......It can take the place of a bigger pump on a stock boosted truck, saving the need to drop the tank.

I understand how the magnavolt works... it is good to explain it for others so I'm glad you did. My next question is this... is the SSR running the stock fuel pump or the upgrade pump? Also, if it is still the stock pump, is it the same stock pump as the 04 and up LQ4's run? I just get the feeling we're still not comparing apples to apples.

The voltage booster still fell short on my truck with the 42's... it did lower the AFR by .5 though so it was a valuable item, but didn't do what bigger injectors could do more easily.

As for the LPE truck.. who knows... just some guy who says he has one on a H2 forum. He says it makes 9 psi by his dash gauge and it has a 3.2 pulley. Sounds like somethings up to me. Based on the other reports of what pulley makes what boost on LQ4's I don't see it being possible.

I've heard another story from another guy with an H2 but I'd have to ask that question offline.

As far as why I'm grilling ya all on this... not that anyone asked... but I don't want to see another Radix truck go down with a lean cylinder and maxed injectors. I'd like for everyone to be thinking about whether or not they have enough fuel.
