I dyno'd the truck today.
its a 2005 Sierra 4x4 5.3L
SLP Headers and Dual Exhaust
Radix with Dual Heat Exchangers and a 3.0 pulley

Before Radix 225.48 HP 250.03 TQ

After Radix 376.24 HP 403.83 TQ
Thats plus 151 HP at the wheels.

Are these #'s good ?
Looks like I only making 18HP per PSI of boost

 

who's bitching about 150hp added to the wheels...with a blower, header, exhaust only setup? Nice! Got pics of the Dual Hx setup?

I'll take some pic's tonight and scan the Dyno sheet and post them either
tonight or tomarrow.

 

I thought that the Radix makes like 20 to 22 hp per PSI of Boost.
if thats so I've left 30 to 40HP on the table somewhere.

BTW the AFR's climb to 12.8 above 5500rpm and thats where the HP drops of,
and then Injectors go above 100%, this is most likely where My HP went.

I guess it's time for the Magnavolt.

BTW how much HP will the 43# injectors support.

 

Is your 5.3 the flex fuel model? I was curious what size the injectors they supply with the flex fuel kit. I'm also curious about the dual hx setup; just Radix'd my 05 Avalanche 5.3(FlexFuel)
