When I bought my kit (used) I called magnuson and was told I did not need to upgrade injectors or use the inline fuel pump (which both came with the kit I bought, I sold them) because the flex fuel sytem was already better than non flex fuel trucks. If they are selling 60# injectors with new Flex Fuel radix kits then that is news to me. Blown Chevy?

My SSR is running on 60 lb injectors, it is the LS2 which had the 32 lb (some say 43 lb) injectors stock. BlownChevy can answer your questions about fuel issues with the Radix.

So the new kit for the LS2 (of which you were the prototype, right?) will have 60 lbers? Cool.

That is what I understood from BlownChevy, I am not sure if they are actually needed or whether they will be included in the LS2 kit.

My Radix injectors are at 89% by 5500 RPM. FP has dropped to 55-56 psi(from 60) by that point. I haven't tuned for the 3.25" pulley yet(waiting for my 2 bar MAP sensor to get here). With the returnless fuel system, it looks like the supplied Radix injectors/fuel pump are already maxed out with the 3.4" pulley.
