Flex Fuel=Bad with anything over the standard radix 6# pulley. Get a fuel pump voltage booster now! Put in the 43# injectors now! (If not already in) I just learned a little secret about 100% duty cycle. Anything over 100% is just a number. The injectors are not working any harder than 100% so if you're like me at 128%, you're not getting the fuel you need only what can be delivered at 100% duty cycle. I have a flex Fuel Tahoe with a Radix and a 3.2" pulley. I was making 413rwhp. I also broke #7 piston at the track a week after my dyno tune. I was at 12.5 AFR at 128% duty cycle. My advice is to install the booster before you go doing anymore wide open runs. A 6.0 swap is nice but it should be done on your schedule, not when your truck breaks just when you think you got it running good. My new rule is AFR no higher than 12.0 at any point. The flex fuels come with 38# injectors.(so I am told) The 43# that came with the radix will be much better but Ford 42# would be better. They are 42# at Ford fuel pressure (43.5psi), more like 48# at our fuel pressure. Maybe even more on the flex fuel because my fuel pressure goes to 64 at WOT. If I remember most guys say theirs go to 60psi at WOT. Long post sorry. Just want you to understand before you pop a cylinder like me
