Duramax intercooler

Duramax intercooler
Has anybody tried to use a duramax inter cooler? I have on 03' 2500 HD with a 6.0 and an STS setup. From my understanding the core supports are different. I figured that sense the factory IC is big that it would be better than making an after market one work. Any help is appreiciated.
