hey slowec,
I didn't purposely pick this cam out, it was installed when the truck was NA. It just happened to work out well, lowend and midrange torque is what this heavy truck needs.
To be honest, it's very hard to pick a mild cam that will be bad for a turbo, just stay around the 114/115 lsa, no overlap, at least for our applications. That way, it'll build boost nicely.
We've had some nice results from the 220 cam as well, high lift, 115 lsa.
