Well since I'm still on a 2 bar, it is nice to not need 21-22psi. It's hard to judge though as I haven't been able to go thru the RPMs at a set boost. Just a crazy ramping boost rate lifting at 5k area.

The billet 76 is a winner I'm sure. I had he normal 7675, but my tuck wasn't as well setup then but I could control boost with that turbo. This BW I can't even come close to controlling it.

How you liking the sound of the BW??
18psi with 20 psi spikes is all my little gt 76 can muster... I figure the smaller the gate the less waste

What turbo blanket you guys running on these with the t4 housing? I know first thought is a T4 blanket with t4 turbo, but it seems the over all size of this 1.10 is closer to a T6 size blankets.

Thoughts or pictures please!

I use a cheap ebay T4 turbo on my T6...it doesnt cover the whole thing, but for $50 its hard to argue with. My infrared temp gauge says it only gets up to 200-250, which is awesome considering the turbine housing is 1000+. If I can get that out of a $50 blanket, I would never be able justify some of the $200+ ones out there.

I use the same T6 blanket I had from before on my T4 BW. Fits perfect. Ebay blankets always work well for me and CHEAP!

I been away on work, but when I get home I plan to do something with the wastegate setup so I can actually get on it. There is a Dyno Day at a local shop at the end the month, i'd like to be dialed in and ready for it.

The T4 one actually fits better than the T6 one for my 1.25 T6 housing.
