Looks like an fbody the way the charger is mounted, and most of the time the belt gets shredded when there isnt enough tension on it and it walks under high rpm.

That fist pic looked a lot worse than the second. I almost craped myself.

 

Looks like an LT1 camaro in both pics. Either it is two different cars, or one car at two different points in time since the bolt for the idler pulley is a 6 point in the first and a 12 point in the second pic.

In the first one, you can see optispark behind the EWP. I vote snapped crank pulley.

The second pic looks like something got tweeked, since the cogged belt walked into the lip of the idler and off, destroying most of itself.
