Default Radix heat exchanger inlet

Which one is the inlet and which is the outlet? Or are they interchangeable?

One is closer to the middle and one is closer to the edge.

I forgot

Thanks.

Does anyone know where I can get some kind of ties made for organizing heater hoses?

I have them zip tied for now, but surely there is something out there that is made just for this that looks better and won't damage the hoses in the long run.
