I got that code when my O2 sensor on Bank 1 went out. For me there was no clearing the code and then it worked. The truck was basically dead until the O2 was replaced. Limp-Home mode SUX.
Checking the plugs sounds like a really good idea. How much boost are you running and and when is the meth kicking in? I have the Snow kit as well and it starts at about 4PSI and I have the end range at 11PSI even though I don't go more than 10PSI of boost. I had too much meth without enough pressure while I was tuning it, that didn't work well at all. 4PSI was the magic number for me. Also, did you use the red end for the Snow kit? Or a different one? Could be too little meth at high pressure.

I would also search through the NA group and see if they have run into the problem. Give us the code and or all the codes that got logged and we might get more people with ideas.

I know the feeling. I got a P0440 twice in the last 3 months, but only while driving on the highway with less than a half tank of gas and boosting a little (less than 1psi). I figure it will get worse and I will be able to figure it out.
Be sure to make sure you are not running lean. Putting in a A/F guage is real easy on the new chevys. I used Summit Part number CYB-7009 for the guage and a pigtail adaptor so you don't have to splice anything: part number CEI-109047 (flat 4 wire O2 sensor)
