Yep...Looks like it needs to be trashed. I just got to thinking. You ever thought of putting a reinforce plate welded on the back? Something like a 1/8 thick maybe on the front too.

Same here. I just rigged up a new pin and put it back on and seems to be working fine.

This is the first I've seen of a broken arm on a HD tensioner though.

PD blowers hard on the gas, sudden off the gas. Big load on the belt, stretches it, the tentioner takes up the slack, then release the load, and the belt snaps back and the tentioner snaps with it breaking it.

I know PD blowers are hard on things buy, thats a beefy *** tensioner. CENRTI'S FTW
