Well I think I found my problem. I think I have a bad inj. on cyl. 8 put a noid light on it when it was running shitty and sometimes it would blink or not at all. when its running smmoth it blinks. I think it probably has a short inside, that would probably explain my loss of class 2 communication with vcm and battery short DTC's
Anyone else have an inj. go bad??

Well Im really hoping its fixed. added some BG and light turned off and truck is running good! I think since it was sitting for a couple weeks waiting for my tranny to get here the injector got sticky and was hanging open. I'll probably run some more BG through it and make sure everything cleans up.

everytime before I would hammer it, after I let out and drove normal is when it ran like ****, or at idle. I think it was dumping fuel and putting out the fire, when I would hammer on it seemed to run ok. Must have been some trash making it stick.
The truck ran fine before the tranny swap, it sat for 2 weeks while waiting for my tranny. My truck normally only sits for a max of 2 day other than that I drive it everyday. I think sitting and the cold weather and shitty gas made the injector sticky.
