Default this could've been bad.

I went outside (WFH today) to check things out and something made me reach down inside the crank pulley. Well fellas, my crank bolt decided to take a vacation. No idea when/where.

Luckily, I have a pin kit here and spare crank bolt (had planned on doing it at some point).

I think this also could be the cause of me throwing belts.

Did you reuse the crank bolt when you pinned the crank?

Had that happen before, but my crank pulley fell off going down the road

I recommend the ARP crank bolt (or the IW one if you have to use that one), and some red loctite.

Can't reuse a bolt you don't have.

The proper process is:

1. using old bolt - torque to 250ft-lbs
2. take old bolt out
3. using new bolt - torque to 37ft-lbs + 140 degrees
