the stock 6.0 manifolds will support insane amounts of hp. i believe W2W had a set up with stock 6.0 exhaust mainifolds and a big *** turbo and got over 1500fwhp.

Hey Parish, can you confirm whether what I labeled as #5 was correct or not? Also, after looking at some of the pics from when you first had the setup installed, I saw that part of the liner was melted in the fender well. I see you've trimmed out around where it was, and just wanted to know if I would need to plan to do the same, or could I just use a little extra heat wrap on the header and DP.

The time and fabbing involved isn't really a big problem. My main thing was from a $$$$ standpoint. I know going FI isn't cheap, but if I can save a little here and there....than that's more money I can put towards other things. I really would like to know if I could build it cheaper than I could buying it. I mean if I could save $1k or more than it's feasible to me, but not if it's only gonna be a couple hundred bucks.

to save a grand maybe... but it just depends on you, figurering out what you want and is needed, and not having to buy something twice.. And freight is a bitch if you get into a hurry... TO many blue and reds while I was building mine...

Well, I finally called and talked to Sam a couple days ago. Don't know who I've dealt with the last couple times I've called trying to get info, but definately will say that he helped me out a lot with the questions I had. Looks like I'll be giving them a call when I get ready to go with the turbo.
