I don't have all the answers, but I am going with Johnsons in mine.

Joseph, do you keep pretty woman clips handy? Or did you just memorize that movie?

Yes, Wiseco 4.030 -11cc circa 2007. Pn from invoice is K444H3, 6444H3 stamped on piston. I am not sure what the H vs X difference is. Maybe just an old part number.

When was this in relation to what you've got going on now?

Actually skip all that.

It's possible you hurt the motor at some other point and it just picked now to come apart.

If anyone was wondering the log showed 5766 RPM's, 15.5 PSI, 14.5 degrees of timing, and 11.4 AFR 97 degrees IAT.

I did that last year I think in September. I drove the truck until the beginning of November. I rarely just cruise with it. When I drive it I get into the throttle pretty regularly. I parked it until about 1 month ago. I put my new turbo on it and started driving it. I was fairly easy on it, and progressively got into it. I was sort of surprised that I needed to remove fuel into boost. I thought this turbo would spool up much better at lower boost levels. Anyways I got into it a few time the day it let loose. I was about 30 minutes from home and rolled into it when it let loose. Ironically I was at the same place my 5 3 blew up. I guess that area is bad luck for me.

Coming from a Racing Background I would rather have a solid roller setup in these High HP builds being sprayed, boosted. Hydraulic lifters are slow at keeping the valve lifted on time. Now you will have much more valvetrain noise but it will also be more responsive at all RPM'S. IMO it looks like a lifter collapsed and the valve smacked the piston.

The valves are REV valves and the exhaust is part number CL1169. The springs are visually fine. I haven't checked pressure. There is one nick in the cylinder that would be under where the top ring would ride. I can barely catch it with my finger. I think I will run it. I might even port up my stock 862's and give it hell. I had intended on a cam and stock rockers anyway. Still scratching my head about it.
