Default Cam swap

Looking for some opinions…..dished 5.3, 243 heads untouched other than .660 springs, TBSS intake with 78mm TB, JFR 218 cam, flipped truck manifolds, s475/96 t6 on e85. Anyone think it’s worth going to a “stage 2” cam over the JFR 218? I’d pick up a little lift and 8° Int & 12° or so exh. Thanks guys.

What kinda truck?
JFR cams are proven. If your using your truck for truck stuff I'd stick with what you have. I've ran his 215/215 cam for years and couldn't be happier.
