yea if that cures it then its possible you have a weak coil/s or just need to gap it that tight.

Smaller the gap the smaller the spark/kurnel is. There's a point to small of a gap hurts as well as to much gap.

Thats true.. i didnt think about that..

If it keeps cutting out then it could be a sensor issue?

How much meth are tou spraying?? if its a lot and your afr is 11.8 thats probably an issue!

GL. Hope you get it back to together.

Just to let you know I am running 15 psi using TR7 gapped @ 0.029". Was using TR6 @ 0.032" to same boost 15 psi without issues but switched to TR7 @ 0.029" gap for safety and for going 18-20 psi next.

So, I think your issue is electric, fuel or tune related. What fuel pump are you using? Check your battery and alternator. Try to borrow coils from a friend for trying them. Check your plug wires specially the boots that go on the plugs.

Bump. I just went up to 11 psi and after reading this again I think I should toss some fresh tr6 plugs at 32 in mine.

I set them at 35 when I first went turbo but now seems like it pulls hard, then not so hard.

Ideas?
