br7efs idle like crap

My tr6's made my start up rough - stalls easy- if I do wot a lot it's starts to foul them out but I know it's because my afr is way to rich- (10.2/8psi)

My tuner asked me to try the 7s at 28. Im using part number 3346 plug because there are different 7s out there.
Ill try these, do some pulls. if its fixed, golden. if not then Ill go to a looser gap, if still breaking up, then back to tr6s and play with those gaps. kinda sucks changing plugs because I do not have a v band at the bottom of my downpipe and slip joints blow.

the 7's ran like crap on my 5.3 also. maybe my high mileage coils are my idle issue. all stock motor now and even the 6's idle like crap when its raining out.
how many miles do you have on yours?

I run br7ef on my 4.8 and it runs like stock plugs. Not only that but the tips were always clean as a wistle.
I once had a problem in another vehicle when going from a 6 to a 7 ngk plug. I thought it was just too cold of a plug, but after further inspection, it was actually sucking up oil into the intake manifold and oil-foulding the plugs.
OP ought to pull the plugs and inspect them. If they truely are missing due to too cold (carbon fouling), they will be evident on the plugs.

Maybe it is the coils then. Mine is at over 130,000 now and I was running bad wires for a long time. I wonder if that wore the coils out faster. Arcing all over the place vise going to the plugs.
I'm in Japan right now so I can't try it. So I'll be looking to see what your fix is.
