I shot him a pm this am, waiting to hear back. I'm doing as much research as I can in my down time. It looks like my stock 6.2 flex fuel injectors are 54lb at 58psi and the ones supplied with the kit are 52lb so I think I'm in the clear. Still want to hear 100%. Also still unsure if I need to use the flow charger or not.

So please post if you find out different info .
Great looking truck BTW and congrats on your new boost.

Here are a few links where I read the the 6.2 flex fuel has 54lb injectors.
Fuel injector questions??? - TBSSOWNERS.com Forums - The #1 TrailblazerSS Dedicated Owners Forum
For those that have tuned the L9H 6.2 - PerformanceTrucks.net Forums
I dont believe anything I read online for the most part which is why I'm being persistent about finding out for sure.

Based on the data in HPT they are 50# at 4 bar fuel pressure.
36# injectors are what the 5.3 flex fuel comes with... the 6.2 flex injectors are big.
That said with 50# injectors you can have some fun, but you will run out quick of you try to make serious power.

I did a P1SC swap on my dad's truck (2011 6.2 E85) and the stock injectors started to fall off at 5500+ RPM. This was on a 3.6 pulley which is probably at 8 to 9 lbs of boost. I got him hooked up with some ID1000s and it is fine now.
Pretty sure Justin at black bear said the factory injectors were 52 or 54 lb for his truck.

The stock injectors will be okay at first, but the second you start pulleying down and reaching for more power those injectors will start running out. I would skip right to the biggest injectors your pocket feels comfy with. 72s or 80s would be more on the budget side or id1000s if your pockets are a lil deeper.
