Run a motorcycle drive chain and sprockets for a blower drive... Once you get used to the noise you will love the fact that it doesn't slip

Is the pulley on a Procharger keyed? Just wondering if the pulley itself is slipping due to not being tightened enough since he says there is no belt dust?

there's a good posibility that the balancer is spinning on the crank, check to see if the balancer bolt is loose.

Yeah, the shaft from the blower has a pin for the pulley.......
And yeah, the crank bolt is tight.

I don't get it.......what gives? I have checked for everything I can think of that can cuase this but everything seems fine. I think my first step is to eliminate the surge valve, take off the t-pipe and put a straight pipe just to scratch that out.
Any more thoughts guys?
