My belt was slipping a while ago. You need to buy a gator belt and make sure your belt tension is really snug! i had to tighten the snot out of mine to get it to stop slipping when i went to 10 psi.

do you have a picture of the setup. often it's a lack of belt wrap that causes this.

Never seen another belt setup for the trucks. Only things I know to try is a gatorback belt and possibly a riechard racing pulley. Whats nice about them is they have grooves cut in the pulley surface to allow the belt to catch better. If you can get a larger idler pulley(s) to help wrap the belt around the supercharger pulley that may work too. Don't know what else to tell you.

btw, what supercharger are you running?

I have an 8 inch crank pulley with a 2.5 inch charger pulley and an idler pully all in 10 rib from ASP racing. They will custom make whatever size or brand you need. I would advise you first find the correct size belt you want to use because that can be harder to find than the pulleys. With the wider belts you don't have to use as much tension on the belt and that will let the charger bearing last longer. I use the Gatorback belts from Summit.

I would say try a Riechard Racing pulley as well. My brother is running a 88 Mustang with a Vortech YSi blower and that is the type of pully that he ran to stop slipping b4 going to a cog belt setup. Also get the gator belt. Those are teh only belts, besides a cog, that will hold.

thanks for the answers i have rerouted the alt pulley so the belt touches about 60% instead of 30%
