blower help

they are rated 42 lbs at 3 bar. Its not that I have not been talkative, I am not glued to the forums
You can always pick up the phone and give me a call, I can talk you through just about anything.
Your IAT's are way too hot, you either have the cooling system plumbed wrong, or there is an air bubble. I would STOP what you are doing and go over your install again, LTFT of +25% indicates there is an issue.

i pulled the fuel pressure sensor out, put the supplied plug back in. the fuel rail has a threaded hole i'm assuming for this reason, but the fitting on the sensor leaks.
i installed the blower. i don't think the intercooler pump is working. super hot IAT's i can live with for now, 18:1 afr i cannot.
i've been playing with hp tuners for a year and a half now. its all been stock or bolt on vehicles until now. when i bought hp tuners, i got "the tuner school" as well. its a great book, breaks tuning down step by step. its worked great so far. i haven't tweaked the tune that far off stock, because the issues i'm having. i pulled timing, adjusted fuel at WOT. other than that its just been a few things to help idle: start up airflow initial, idle airflow, and spark advance at idle.

Where would make that adjustment to compensate for the back pressure caused by the boost???

i've done everything i can think to do. still not working. i'm due back in texas tomorrow, the truck is in no condition to take me that far. i don't know when i'll be back home, i don't know how long i'll be home when ever that is. so it stands now, its going to sit until i ETS in 2015. $11,000 in parts to turn my truck into a paperweight. well, thank you guys for trying to help. i really do appreciate it. i bit off more than i can chew, and i just don't have any more time. thanks again

on a side note, my dad had a great idea. we took the belt off to stop the blower from spinning (making boost anyway). all i did was check the wideband at idle and WOT. with less air it should run rich right? still lean. like 18:1 at WOT and 15-16:1 at idle.

Please don't take this the wrong way but if that is the logic you are using you need to do allot more reading on how to tune and how the computer works.
