blower help

Well if your injectors are 42lb at 43.5psi then your IFR table needs to be 48.5 since gm uses 58psi fuel pressure. This still doesnt explain why you are lean, almost seems like you have a hell of a vacuum leak. Post up some pictures etc. Something is going on here. Your fuel trims are maxed, it needs fuel. Next time you do a log you need to log MAF HZ. If you have a stock tune, post it up. Need to see what you changed.

Another thing that doesnt make sense is that your injector duty cycle is 85% at 4800 rpm and you are that LEAN.... How much boost are you running again?
This thing is screaming vacuum leak. To me anyway.

i've run a tube all the way around the engine twice listening for leaks. i've sprayed it down multiple times with ether, the intake, blower manifold, around the heads. no reaction what so ever. i've taken it to two mechanics and they both said no vacuum leak. both said it looks to be mechanically sound.
one thing that sticks out to me, what would happen if the fuel pressure regulator saw boost instead of vacuum? on the stock manifold it only had access to vacuum. as per the enclosed installation manual from magnuson, it has the FPR plugged into the only vacuum/boost port on the blower. would that do anything weird?

tried to log the MAF HZ, computer is reading no MAF. the log i have from earlier today has a MAF working. i unplugged the MAF sensor and the truck kept running. as its been stated, i'm no expert, but that should have killed it instantly right?

No, when you unplug it then it defaults to speed density. Only problem with it defaulting is then you CANNOT Go into boost. Are you sure your MAF is working? Did you have to extend the wires? That may explain why its not richening up, although the Injector duty cycle seems to say it is trying. Need to know what fuel pressure is doing. Period.

as per the instructions i cut and extended 2 wires from the MAF plug in to a sensor on the blower. every log i have prior to this shows a working MAF. i'd swap it out to check, but i now sit 1300 miles from the truck. any hands on trouble shooting will have to wait till october or december. maybe longer
