With the fuel trims at +25, you're running dangerously lean. Without knowing anything about your fuel system(pump & injectors), and tune, nobody will really be able to offer good advice.

magnacharger 2.3L new, inline pump, have an aeromotive 340 in you think it'll help, just don't want to drop the tank. used parts, ls7 lifters. new parts, comp 918's, manley pushrods, magnacharger kit (comes with inline pump and 42# injectors), 214/226 .54x/.55x pat g cam. 2000 lm7 with 170k miles. has 3k circle D converter, 1 3/4 pacesetter.

i told it it had 42# injectors. at first start it smelled lean, so i added 10% to the stock fuel table. still smelled lean so i added another 10%. i know i shouldn't be playing with fuel without the wideband working right, but i wanted it to run well enough to get a few logs in. the wiring on the wideband is straight. i'm no electrician, but it all matches up to the instructions. tried the free air calibration again, still reads a steady 7.6.

Lets take a couple steps back.
1st- We need to know exactly what injectors you have, do they have any #'s on them to identify them? They have to be identified because they may be 42lb injectors but we need to know if they are rated at 3 or 4 bar pressure.
2nd- What all did you install at the time of the blower? Was the cam and such already installed? If so was it tuned and running ok?
3rd- Do you have any logs when this happens? Go easy on it till we can figure out what it is doing. We really need to know the AFR..... Your wideband is very important. If your injector settings are incorrect then trying to dial in your fueling is going to be damn near impossible. Until we know more about the injectors I can't determine if your injector #'s are good in your tune.

the injectors have this number: 17113736
the valve springs, pushrods, lifters, cam, and blower (everything the kit included) all went in together. before all this the truck ran fine.

Your PE table is WAY too rich, you are commanding 9.9 afr in areas. Your PE enable TPS is 95% from 1200-2400 RPM. I am having issues finding more information on those injectors. From what I can see on your log you are never hitting PE so its got to be really lean.
