43's with be done around 500rwhp, anything over that you'll need 60's

Yep, you're gonna need the 60's.

What's another $500 bucks at this point? Is there a set that will swap in place of the 43lb marine injectors used on the Maggie 1900?

Im pretty sure that once you bump passed 40's you have to use the larger injectors, I did a custom fix to get my fuel rails to fit my siemens 60lbs. Basically just grab some lock washers and stack em together in between the fuel rail and intake manifold brackets.

They are not exactly inexpensive, but five-o-motorsport’s has Multec II, Delphi-Mini, 62lb, 650cc fuel injectors, that are supposedly flow matched. Deatsch Werks also lists direct fit 60lb injectors as being available from them, again not too inexpensive, but you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do. It’s either that or plan on changing pig-tails to run another type of injector.

Depending on alloy if the piston is advertised @ 3.905" it should measure anywhere between 3.902~3.900''. If it is indeede a true 3.905" I agree it's a little tight for even a 4032. Piston design plays a big role in final clereance as Im sure you know. I have a set of custom 2618 Racetec boost pistons here that they say can run @.004"

If you don't mind me asking what was the bill on the machine work. On the lifter guides I was told to drill about a 1/2 hole in the bottom side right near the top of the lifter to drain oil better. Supposed to stop it from foaming up and generating heat.

Yes, 3.005 is the average recommended bore for the pistons. They opened it up a couple extra thousandths since it was built for FI & possible nitrous later. I'll have to check the actual piston diameters, I can't remember what they are now.
