What is the difference between P1SC and D1SC?Can a P1SC be run on a DD?

Yes, I have been for several years now...

 

The impeller blades are different also. P1sc has strait cut impeller blades, while the D1SC has a helical cut impeller blades. The P1SC or strait cut impeller blades are supposed to make more torque alittle sooner than the helical cut blades. D1's make more power later on in the RPM's

 

I asked the wrong ?. Can D1SC be run on a DD?

 

yes...02bluestepside is a DD...plenty of f-body and mustangs doing it...there should be no difference in regards to DD mannerisms
also...its alot cheaper to get the D1SC than to upgrade a P1SC to a D1SC later...

 

A couple of my customers and myself run the D1sc on a daily basis. I am going to be driving it from Chicago to vegas in about a month cause of my move.

Defintely reliable.
