anyone use truck manifolds for their turbo kit?

You can leave the manifolds intact and still have a top mount. NO flipping required or rotating. We have build these in the past. Not as sexy as what we do now. Also alot more crowded. This was a Garrett GT40 I had on a 2500 back in the day.

I think I remember this kit. Didn't you use to have a different screen name?

So where it comes off of the passenger mani, it does a u-turn, right where it joins up with the crossover tube from the driver's side. It then goes up to the flange. And then there's a downpipe squeezed in there somewhere. Right?

this is one of trick performance kit...pt-88.....looks alot sexier and cleaner though than the manis flipped in my opinnion

When I started Trick I had to switch users names to represent my compnay.
Yes, there is a U turn at the manifold driver side blinds in then up tothe turbo... DP back down. Its more like a rear or mid mount with the amount of tubing used.

I like the 88 but it was a long time to get compared to the gkt1000. 88 has more final hp potential and uses a 3" outlet..
