Anyone with a Procharger F series blower...
Just pick up a New F1X and was told I can't run it with my 8 ribs pulley setup, which is brand new stage 2 crank pulley system .. Have any of you tried it??

Can it be done, yes. Will you have headaches trying to make it work, probably.
It’s not an optimal setup, you’ll have to spin the blower rather slow to keep it from slipping or snapping belts, which in turn takes it out of its efficiency range.

Look into the House of Boost dedicated drive setup. I run a 12 rib on an F1D. Running a 4.5" pulley on a 5.3, makes 9lbs at 5800. Figured I would just bite the bullet up front and set up for a larger motor down the road. While maybe not the most efficient, it starts making boost at 3000rpm. Put down 630rwhp on E85.

Pretty sure you can upgrade the stage 2 bracket to 12 rib if necessary. I’ll be selling one of my own 12 rib brackets soon, however it’s being sold in kit form with an F1C, that won’t help you any though.
