A camper top, with no back glass, some big cooling fans mounted on the intercooler, all mounted in the bed would be pretty cool

I do have a hard tonnau cover on the bed to cover up my radiator, heat exchanger, fuel cell, battery, and 16 gal water tank for windshield. Would an air to air intercooler work well with fans on it? If so this may be a viable option for me if I'm not satisfied after cam, pulley, and E85 swap.

That answer would be best answered by a professional, but with enough forced air through it, seems like it would work on the same concept as a radiator or condenser.

I know it's not a full size truck, but still worth mentioning:

Black X ran a 1.42 60 foot, 9.32@150.06 in his rear turbo, S10 much modified 408/GT91.

Only spool characteristics are affected with a rear mount. Power potential is the same...

I use stock manifolds .... stock piston.rods.crank.... 6.0... only seeing 10psi and haven't left on more then 3-4 psi at the line. I have been 10.80 @ 122 on leaf springs. That's no meth air to air intercooler and 93 octane...., im a dan of remote mount. Mine were up front but i was heating up my brakes ands my 25 year old truck wouldn't stop well after that.... so i went remote.

I'm still running my rear mount going on 4 years now. My best pass last year was 12.50 @107 with DA being terrible and the tune not completely dialed in. I think a low 12 high 11 pass is possible the way it feels now. I'll be doing some testing at the track over the next few weeks.

IMO, that's not too bad for a crew cab.

I left the rear mount behind about a year ago but I managed 11.81 with it when it was on my truck. So far I have only pushed the front mount to 11.55 but it has a lot more left in it.

There is a dude on Yellowbullet that has a full size Ford that runs 7's or low 8's (don't remember) with rear mounts.
