So you started and moved a truck that has no oil pressure? Did you ever take that adapter out?

NO LIKE AN IDIOT i didnt take the pan off when i tapped it.. today i got the pan off and the pick up was clear but i could see very fine shavings from tapping in the bottom of the pan so im pretty sure the valve in the oil pump is stuck.ill have it off next week when im off again

so found the problem and i now have oil pressure in the truck so back to installing the kit and thanks everyone for all yr help!!!!! PICS BELOW

the oil pump looks normal enough huh???
