any body ever tried this kit

was searching ebay and came across this turbo kit and was wondering what you guys think about it?any good? any body had any experience with kits like these?CHEVROLET VOLT REBUILD 450+ HP T04E TURBO KIT 21 PIECES

I'm sure it will work but it's probably not the best quality and most reliable kit out there.
