I have a 02 2500HD with a Procharger @ 11# Where do I put the injector?
I have the plastic ducting provided by Procharger clamped to the TB.
Should I drill into the plastic duct?

 

You will want to place the nozzle after the charger outlet and before the IAT sensor. If your MAF (if you are running one) is after the charger then you will want to place the nozzle after the MAF. If you are I/C'd you want the nozzle after the I/C'r.

If you are running a MAF with the integral IAT you will want to relocate to a new IAT sensor before the TB.

What? I see a thingy in the plastic ducting 18" before the throttle body, I think that is the XYZP3. I think I will tap into the plastic 6" before the throttle body.

The throttle body is immaterial. You need to be well in front of your IAT (intake air temp) sensor, which may be in your MAF (mass airflow) meter and as memory serves is BEFORE the procharger. That means you need to move your IAT to between the procharger and throttle body (or directly in your intake manifold) and spray your meth between the procharger and the IAT sensor (closer to the sc than the IAT).

 

I have ducting from the compressor to the intercooler coming out of the intercooler I see some kind of gadjit spliced in the ducting. Then There is a run of 18" of duct to the throttle body. I put the injector into the plastic duct 8" from the throttle body.

as long as the meth nozzle is before the iat sensor your good! doing that way will insure your pcm knows whats going on.
