Nice! What is the process for swapping the springs? You get the heavy spring from Magnacharger?

I got the bypass valve from Black Bear. you dont replace the spring you replace the hole assembly. you have to remove the Alt and vac hoses on the sc. then there is 2 7mm allen bolts that hold the valve on. you move the valve and arm until you can slide the rod out. put the new one on in reverse. then you adjuster the set screw until it touches the arm and your set.

So does the new one hook up like mine to the front of the blower? Can you feel a difference in the spring pressure on the rod?

yes it hooks up right behind the TB. the spring is twice as stiff as the light spring. $75
