Default 90mm TB Install

I've got the major parts, 90mm TB and J-tube, to do my install. There are a couple small things that I forgot about. Some questions.

1> I need the 02 TAC - Part # 12574221
2> What size o-ring do I need or just order the part for the ls2 GTO or vette from the dealer. The ring between the TB and J-tube.
3> What to do with the current TB coolant circuit. Plug each end or jump it?
4> What sealant to use on the rear of the blower between J-tube and blower. Think I remember something about a red sealant but can't find the post.
5> Need the speartech harness. I'll be calling John shortly.

Am I missing anything?

Not sure on the others but the sealer needs to be O2 safe silicone.

Never did thank you guys for the posts.... Thanks.

I should have the rest of the parts I need this week. TAC module, wire harness, and TB O-ring gasket. Tried to make my own gasket but just went ahead and got the part GMPD.

Anyway, What do I do with the TB cooling circuit. The 90mm doesn't have coolant flowing around it like the 78mm. Do I just run a rubber line the entire way or can I just cap each end off? Runs from the heads through the TB to the radiator looks like. Don't want to block off any needed coolant flow for the engine.

TIA for any input.

I connected the line that goes to the rad directly to the solid tube that is connected to the heads. Not sure what would happen if you tried to block off the coolant flow out of the heads at this point.

Sealant is Loctite flange sealant as per original thread.

Thank you sir. I knew I had seen the sealant somewhere but could not come up with it.

Will do!

Can't find Loctite 510 anywhere local. Found it by the case or in the UK via internet so far.

I saw the Loctite 510 on Amazon.com($21/50ml). What about another brand of "high temp gasket eliminator"'($8 with shipping on eBay), Loctite Gel Seal, or the Loctite 515?
