I have those same mufflers on my old true dual setup Chris, and they are super quiet. Big difference from the old ones I had

Well I'm not real impressed with these ATI pulleys. The P/S pulley is the only one that looks like it was actually cut exactly right.

The alternator pulley was cut thinner than the stock one, so now I need to get a washer to put between the pulley and nut since the nut bottoms out on the alternator shaft before it hits the pulley.

The tensioner pulley came with no bearings and no ridges or lines or anything to tell me where the bearing needs to seat. Haven't explored it very far yet....gave up on it for now.

Haven't even looked at the water pump pulley yet.

Anyway, this kit is definitely a "we'll ship you something and you figure it out". I was expecting more of a bolt-on kit.

The ati p.s pump pulley destroyed my tool and pump shaft, ended up drilling a large hole thru it to remove the bolts holding it to the bracket/saving the bracket at least, and threw it away!

Oh and the alt pulley, Well stripped the alt shaft removing it.

I decided today to send the ATI kit back in full. I'm just going to go with the IW 8 rib kit. I spoke with Rex this morning and he had some concerns about too much side load on the crank and bearing life. I've heard that concern echoed on ls1tech here and by a couple other people that I have talked to. With everyone's positive experiences with the 8 rib setup so far, I think it would be better for me to go with something proven than to reinvent the wheel. Hopefully the IW kit will be much more of a bolt-on and go kit than the ATI kit was.

supersub, how complete was the IW setup?

Did you have to buy any extra bearings or bolts or nuts or anything?
