I'm pretty positive it's on all the way. The iw pin kit is different there is a nylon spacer you put in on top of the pin jig when you're done and it was flush with the lip on the pulley that the metal spacer sits in then th bolt goes through it. If it wasn't on all the way the nylon spacer would be able to wiggle back and forth in there not?

Well guys I put it all back to the stock 6 rib and I still had the nasty squeak... The only pulley that I found an issue on the 8 rib is the alt. Pulley isn't the same as mine. And I believe my tensioner bracket from Maggie is bent... I'd think the tensioner is bent but I tried it with the stock tensioner and the hd tensioner and both are crooked... Has anyone else had this issue??

Here is the difference of the stock vs. the 8 rib alt. Pulley

Here you can see how the bracket is bent the tensioner is crooked compared to the other pulleys. I can't see it from the front I only noticed it from laying under the truck and looking up from the crank to the tensioner...

Put the pulley on a flat surface, like your garage floor, then put a level on it....sure does look bent...

I will try that tomorrow. I really don't see how the bracket would bend it's pretty thick at the tensioner bolt... I called magnuson yesterday morning for a "warranty" claim on the bracket and sent them pictures but the rep doesn't think it'll be covered under warranty since its 8 rib yet they sold me the 8 rib hd tensioner. I didn't hear back from them so will be calling them shortly.

Well I ended up buying the bracket for $105 from magnuson and that fixed everything. From the belt blowing off it bent my bracket and the stock tensioner. So the new bracket and the hd tensioner and all the pulleys lined up and all is good and running strong again finally!
