I'm late to the party but I had to have my alternator pulley milled to get it to fit right. Not all alternator spacing on these trucks is the same. Same goes for the power steering pumps.

I'm working on a 2300 Maggie install right now. IW had to send a different hub for the PS pulley. Now it looks like PS,Alt,Crank are OK but HD tensioner looks set back a ways. I also need to find another idler. The one remaining steel idler looks aweful narrow.

Did they send you the spacer with the HD tensioner?
