You're turbo setup will take about $5000 when it's all said and done. I'd go 4l80e for od and ease of install. You'll blow your budget pretty quick getting crazy on the trans. You shouldn't need anything that crazy for your hp level.

76 mm will support over 800 so you're good there.

Hp tuners pro setup is $700. Which I recommend over the regular due to datalogging. I'd buy all your fuel stuff first so it's out of the way. You'll have a chunk of change into that before it's all said and done. Nothing like wanting to fire it up and you're missing fuel stuff.
yeah i figured it around that , i gave it 6K for my turbo setup without the other stuff
i have to think about which trans , it's not a DD so 50% for both ,

i will update my setup tonight , thanks a lot

Boosteds12 basically said it the way it is. You need 5k to do a turbo build from start to finish. You don't need gears or trans if you respect what you have and don't get boost happy.
x2 he gave me a lot to think about that's for sure .

That budget is extremely tight for 600-800 rwhp.
it can be done if i spend it wisely

6k for a turbo setup is a nice turbo build.

if your looking for an easy pump that drops in, go with lonnies performance. i told him i wanted to make 800-900 on e85 and he set my pumps up and sent it back with a very reasonable price! never looked back on fuel system since then been 3 years now.

I'd go with 80 lb dekas. Easy to setup in HP tuners and they should support over 800 whp. a single walbro 400 will be enough, otherwise you can ghetto fab/modify the stock pump housing and drop in a couple 255's or 340's.

255's are on the cheap and can support over 1000 whp easy.

Some will argue this, but from what i've been reading, a stock 4l80e with a shift kit in good condition should take 600 whp all day long. 800 seems a little iffy.

make sure to save 500~1000 for last. You'll need it when you bring everything together. Don't forget about gauges, fans, trans cooler, fuel setup fittings/hoses.... those will milk you last second for sure, lol.
