5.3 radix build

Ordered a powerbond overdrive pulley about a month ago and got it on the truck this past weekend. Super easy install as long as you have a puller to get the old pulley off. I'm working on mounting another idler pulley under the blower for more belt wrap as other members on here have done, just trying to come up with a 60-68mm pulley now.
I also finished up going to a complete 4" intake by replacing the factory magnacharger intake tube with one I cut from an Airaid kit and some couplers. Inside diameter of the factory tube was around 3.5". The material is a little heavier and should work well when it is tapped for meth. My alkycontrol kit also just came in, I should have it installed in a week or two.

I'm struggling to find a small enough additional idler pulley to use under the blower. I've searched, PM'ed and googled without any luck...any ideas where I might find something like this? I know its out there as others have done it in the past.

I got them from fiveO motorsport. You're correct mine are 1/2 to make up for the spacer, they do have other sizes available.

The spacer came from super street performance. With the injector spacers it ended up being about $600, I wouldn't do it again. It's a tight fit getting the blower back in after the spacer is installed but no fitment issues or firewall modification.

do you think the spacer made a noticeable difference? i have heard it can make power gains

I had heard and read the same thing and this being a max effort build on the little 112 I decided to buy a spacer. In my opinion and my tuners, the gains from the spacer were very minimal, especially for the money. I wouldn't do it again. I think you can find much better ways to spend $600 on your truck. It's probably best saved for other mods or a bigger blower.

Finished up the alky control install this past weekend, dual nozzle was recommend by Julio. Just waiting on an idler pulley now to achieve a little more belt wrap on the blower itself which will hopefully be here Thursday.
