I'm running a 255 on stock wiring up to 12psi normally, but it's seen 14psi. But I am also injecting water/meth. It has worked fine thus far but I suspect the pump is nearly maxed out. Next will be a 400 with upgraded wiring.

 

I'm still running a 255 with a hot wire kit in my turbo truck up to 11psi. I just noticed in a go pro vid I took a few days ago that I'm loosing fuel pressure at WOT. I'm guessing that I'm floating right around 550rwhp.

 

When I was running 8psi with my flex pump I was OK. But running 11-12psi I'm running out of pump fuel pressure drops at Wot pulls. The Flex pump is rated @ 290GPH.

 

what are you last two guys using for injectors?

 

I'm running FIC 850cc injectors.

 

mine are 60#

 

I run 60# injectors. After 500rwhp pressure starts dropping pretty bad. Been using 255 for 3 yrs. Never had any problems. Been over 600rwhp for past yr. Just keep adding Meth nozzles.lol

 

well this is good to hear. i think im gonna go with the aem 320 just so i have room to grow, and it looks pretty fair priced. definitely gonna go with a meth system too just to help with detonation and get a little more out of tuning. Thanks for the info!

 

Keep us updated on what you think of the aem320, I have not seem them used much as they are new and I have been curious about them.
