It's long tube headers w/cats combining into a 2 1/2" single exhaust. 1 muffler.
I'm sure someone on here is running the exact same setup pulley wise, what belt length would you recommend ?
How much boost do you think I should be seeing and how much horsepower?

No idea on belt length or boost but power wise even on a boy day, mustang dyno, on your donk wheels I'd imagine you should be over 700. Quite a few 1900 guys on stock longblocks over 600 but in decent weather and not as heavy wheels. I'm sure you know this, but I'd ask Joe. That guy knows everything about these blowers and what they should do.

I just have factory 20's on it Maybe the 92 octane gas and no meth didn't help the timing in the tune? Still havent had time to look at the tables yet.

I talked to Joe. He suspected I should be at 9-11 psi. He told me to check the bypass valve and make sure it's not opening up at full throttle. Also, since the blower inlet in 90mm and the TB is 102mm he suspects the turbulance is an issue. I need to port that some day as well.
I'm not sure the belt is slipping or even too loose since my Alt bearings are now sreaming at me.

Either way I'm not looking to drop $600 on a dyno tune again anytime soon.

How does that even work? When I tried that the blade on the throttle body hit the lip of the inlet causing all sorts of problems.

Maybe the housing is deeper on my TB. I checked with the blade at 90* (flat) and it still had a few thousandths clearance on each side.

I drove it about 3 miles yesterday lol...still working on tweaks. Had the AC belt squeaking and I'm trying to narrow down the rattle/grind sound coming from the Alternator (I think)
It also needs new brake pads and probably new shocks up front. It never ends. Maybe I can play with it today.
