Livernois has ported the lower manifolds, maybe they can do yours? I think they said it's work like 20hp but they never really tested it.

For what you are doing, machine the ports out to match the gasket. They are shaped like that for emissions reasons, at the power level you will be running the machinging is worth 25-30 RWHP.

 

Just get them ported already!!

Build is coming along great man can't wait to see it finished! Just saw the post of the knock sensors the engine was setup for a nnbs truck that doesn't have knock sensors in the valley cover which is why the guy I got it from didnt put any in and modified the valley cover. Anyways what numbers you expecting out of it? I would imagine this thing producing a godly amount of torque...

I was putting on my balancer and getting ready to pin the crank. I ordered an IW pin kit because their balancers are different than OEM. I got the kit, then a few days later I get this white plastic tube all by its self and with no instructions. Somebody want to tell me how to set this thing up?
