Turbo will be okay, it might not spool as fast quickly as say the precision or the newer ball bearing turbonetics but I have seen a few people with this turbo on a 4.8 and have done great. As far as fuel you could do a single external pump like an A1000 or you could just do two internal pumps like the Walbro 255 or even the 340 from areomotive, and have one of the pumps on a Hobbs switch. what fuel do you plan on running?

There's plenty of write ups on doing the pump swap yourself look over on tech, or just google it. That's what I did. But Lonnie's performance does the modification also if you don't feel up to the challenge that's who I would recommend. And on turbo you can always have more but the bw is already bigger and I don't know how much more bigger you'd want to go on a 4.8 and be efficient.

A looser converter will help with spool too...something with a higher stall speed to let the engine move air through the turbine faster.

I have decided, I'm going with the s476 bw with 83mm turbine and I might think of doing the fuel pump my self might come alittle cheaper than buying it ready?

definitely will be cheaper to do on your own, and simple if you can follow how to threads, you won't be disappointed in the turbo!
